The Society's Management Committee
A management committee of between seven and ten people are elected to manage the estates affairs. These people are tenants of the estate, and are normally elected at an Annual General Meeting. Also sitting in at meetings are the Chairman, the Finance Officer and the Admin secretary.
The Management Committee usually meet on the second Tuesday or Wednesday of each month and discuss various issues raised by tenants, and plan maintenance of the properties.
